Grasshopper Plugin Dev: 02 Setup

In this tutorial we look at a more steamlined approach to the build/test cycle. Grasshopper allows you to watch folder locations for .gha files. This means that we won't have to drag in our latest .gha file and overwrite the previous version everytime we make a change. Grasshopper does need to be restarted, but we create a quick Macro script and add it to a button to save some time typing and help automate the process.
